Will you have work immediately for me?  If not, could you contact me when you do have work?

We will start assigning you work as jobs become available.  We need to collect the proper information from you (insurance, workers compensation, W-9, etc.) as well as qualify you as a vendor prior to getting you on the program. 

 

What is the difference between FacilitySource’s Vendor Network and Brokers?

We are not a broker.  We do not take a mark up from the vendor; we do not take a discount off the invoice.  Our vendors are paid directly by the retailers.  Our services are funded solely by the retailers, who pay a per store per month fee for our service.

 

What are the payment terms?

The payment terms are net 30 days.  All agreements are with individual retailers.  FacilitySource is not involved in the accounts payable process.  Many retailers will allow more favorable terms (i.e. net 15 days with 2% discount).
