FacilitySource provides full training and support to all vendors. Training materials are provided as well as web-based training, IVR training, and invoice requirement training. On-going training and support is also provided as locations are added, as each of our clients have different business rules and requirements in terms of response times and work order fulfillment.
   
 

fmVendors.net is a web portal created by FacilitySource in order to help build our world class service provider network of facility maintenance vendors.

 

No markup, no cost to our service providers.

 

We do not take a markup on any work performed by our vendor network. The actual contracted rate is passed along to our customers. Unlike a “broker” or “national maintenance organization”, our clients have 100% visibility into the actual cost for work performed at their stores. We won’t ask you to adjust your billable rate once contracted, and are concerned with quality of work performed rather than mark up obtained.

 

Best of all, there is no cost to service providers in our network. We require only that in order to participate in our program, our vendor network companies utilize our web-based work order system and integrated voice response system (IVR) to accept, update, and invoice for work dispatched to them.
